It depends on the hardness of the stone. Sapphires and rubies (9/10 on the Mohs scale) are very durable and suitable for daily wear without restrictions. Emeralds (7.5-8/10) are more fragile to impacts and require some care, although with a protective setting they are perfectly viable for everyday use.
After white diamonds, blue sapphires are the most popular choice for engagement rings worldwide. They are followed by rubies and emeralds. In recent years, peach and pink-hued gemstones—such as padparadscha sapphires or pink spinels—have gained significant popularity among those seeking something truly unique.
Lab-grown gemstones have the exact same chemical composition, crystal structure, and optical properties as mined gemstones. Lab-grown gemstones are more ethical, more sustainable, and 60-80% more affordable.

Yes, totally. At The Bright Club you can choose: the gemstone (type, color, size, cut), the metal (18k white, yellow or rose gold), the setting style (solitaire, halo, pave, trilogy) and the finish (smooth, satin, textured). We also adjust the size during the process. Everything is handmade in our workshop.
