Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Scope

We ship to all of Spain and to countries within the European Economic Community with no shipping costs. For countries outside the European Economic Community, shipping may incur additional costs such as tariffs, customs, and taxes of the receiving country. Delivery Times

  • In-stock products without variations: Will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • In-stock products with custom engraving: Will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
  • Out-of-stock products: Will be manufactured from scratch, and the estimated delivery time will be 20-25 calendar days.
  • Customized products: Delivery times may vary and will be specified during the purchase process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within Spain and the countries of the European Economic Community. For shipments outside this area, additional costs associated with tariffs, customs, or taxes may apply. The customer will be responsible for paying these costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track your shipment.

Returns

Return Period

We accept returns of non-customized products within 15 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must be returned in the exact same packaging in which it was received.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will manage the exchange or refund at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current EU regulations, you can return any non-customized product within 14 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.

Return Process

  • Write to us at info@thebrightclub.es indicating the order number in the subject line to initiate the return process.
  • Our team will provide you with all necessary instructions, including details on the cost of shipping fees depending on your geographical area. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • The product will be collected by a courier company designated by The Bright Club to ensure the security of the shipment.

Refund

  • Once the product is received and verified, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount, and their value will depend on the geographical shipping area.

  • Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
  • Bizum: Quick and easy payment using your phone number and Bizum key.
  • Digital Wallets/Wallets: Facilitate your purchases by grouping cards securely.
  • Bank Transfers: Make a direct transfer to our account.

Payment Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, although times may vary depending on bank or service provider policies.

All payments are protected by the 3D Secure security protocol.
